Additional conditioning on BB II

Hi coaches,

I’ve been running BB II and other templates many times.

Can I add more conditioning? (Like 50~100 min in addition to the original 30min x 4)

I don’t do any particular training other than this and have a sedentary job.

Running got so popular in my country, South Korea, that I want to dedicate more to that without giving up BB or something.

The conditioning does increase in that template, but if you wanted to add more conditioning, that’s fine. I’d make ~ 10% increases in training load every ~ 4 weeks to take it slow.
