Another adjustment

not entirely sure of its appropriate to start another topic, but here it goes:
had to adjust my training schedule to Mon-Wed for the next two weeks, on the bridge (high stress week 4). First day went fine, everything seemed to be in order. Got up the next day and my left adductor felt like it was locked in place. Tried squatting but just using the bar to warm up felt like an RPE 8. Looked up some stuff on the site here about helping my issue, and I’m good on that end. New question is do I incorporate the (hate to call it rehab…but) rehab into the training? Just replace squats with my new exercise is what I was thinking until it eases up. What have you all tried during times like this?

To anybody reading this in the future with a similar issue- I got tired of whatever muscle being tight so I took a frozen water bottle and awkwardly hiked my leg on my kitchen counter and rubbed the adductor area as hard as I could; it release the tension, was a little sore but otherwise okay. Hit a 1@8 rpe threee days later.
