Any downsides from switching to 3x week frequency from 4x?

Currently prepping for a meet.

I’m finding it easier lifestyle wise to squeeze in 3 longer training sessions per week versus 4 shorter ones. In some cases I am only doing bench+accessories on certain days

Assuming main lift volume is kept relatively the same, are there any performance downsides from going to 3x training frequency as opposed to 4?

I don’t think there’s a big difference here, especially if you prefer 3-days/wk at this time. Carry on and let us know how it goes!
