Going back to a three day program following a four day program

Hi - due to time constraints I can only train 3x per week moving forwards. I’ve been training four days for a while, so would you recommend me trying to fit a four day template into three days (4 exercises per day), or would I be okay running a standard 3 day template?

You’ll be fine running a 3x/wk program. I’ve done that a number of times in my life due to time constraints.
