I’m finishing week 8 of the Bridge 1.0, and have added 5-10% to my lifts. (NLP for 8 weeks added about 25%). I’m a 59 yo male; believe I’m on the slower/older end of the anabolism spectrum. No meets planned, just want to continue building strength. Would you guys have any recommendations for template(s) to run next, that might be most effective for someone like me?

I’d have you do the HLM template from the Bridge, though you could do another round of the bridge given your results- that’d be okay.

Hello, Jordan. Is that a rule of thumb for outcomes like the OP mentioned (around 10% increase in 1RM or E1RM), regarding re-running The Bridge or another program? Thanks!
No real rule of thumb here, but with someone who is fairly new to training, has been making steady progress, and has no special need for another program, a repeat or another template as mentioned here are good options.
