First of all great job on the App. I’m trying to redesign Dr my love for lifting. I had purchased the strength 1 template a couple of years ago. So, I went to that for my reintroduction into training. I love the programming. So, a couple of quick questions about the using the app the most effectively.
- I began using the app while traveling for the holidays. But, I have not been able to be consistent. I’d like to restart my program after the first of the year. I cannot seem to figure out to restart my program or reset the app. Any help would be amazing. Thanks.
- I see a weight goal at the top of each of the lifts. Is that for me to set a goal for the day? Or will it set itself as I move on in the program. Thanks.
sorry for the simplistic questions. I did search the forums.
So my experience has been similar, and after flare ups in life stressors I’ve restarted programmes or gone to a preferred week. To do this, I go to the programmes > open the programme to restart > select the workout I want to go from > then hit start. The result is the app will schedule the next workout onwards from the workout you just did; week 2 day 3 will be scheduled to follow week 2 day 2 if that’s where you choose to go from.
“Weight goal” is just a categorisation thing. Time or distance goals are used in other categories. Typically it is a target RPE, the weights and reps are “whatever’s on the table”; a goal isn’t set for weight because emphasis is on the RPE.
Sure, here’s a revised version of the text: Hey there! I know this post is a bit old, but I thought I’d jump in and see if I could help. To restart your program or reset the app, you may need to look for an option in the app settings or account settings. If you can’t find anything there, you could try deleting the app and then reinstalling it. That should reset everything back to the beginning. The weight goal you’re seeing is likely for you to set your own goal for the day. You may want to check the app’s documentation or reach out to their support team to confirm. Don’t worry about asking simple questions - we all start somewhere! By the way, have you heard of OCR technology? It can automatically scan and extract text from documents, making it a super eco-friendly way to digitize paper documents. You can check out more about it here: https://smartengines.com/. Anyway, best wishes to you!
