Are The Muscle & Strength Pyramids a good resource?

Hello, doctors! My girlfriend recently bought for me the Muscle & Strength Pyramid books (training and nutrition) by Eric Helms. I am not too familiar with his work, so I’m wondering if you have read the books (or one of them) and if you think they are a good resource for practical training principles and nutrition?

I haven’t read them myself, but Eric is a good resource in general, so they’re probably solid.
