I recently ordered Practical Programming for Strength Training, however, I heard Jordan say in a recent podcast that he does not recommend the book. What should I keep in mind when reading the book? I don’t want to swallow incorrect information.

I’ve read both the blue and gray book, cover to cover, twice. I think both can provide useful insight. You should read the book with an open mind, but with a skeptical eye, and evaluate the claims made in the book. Also keep in mind that the logic used in the book is colloquial, and has no biological basis.
