Low Fatigue Strength Programming eBook

Hello, I was interested in the ebook that comes along with it and was wondering if anyone has read it and could provide feedback. Would the ebook provide enough information that you could begin writing your own training programs or modifying the templates? In my experience I have found troubleshooting problems and interpreting feedback from programs has been problematic for me, thus I was hoping this book would shine some light on what to look for and how to interpret progress.

The ‘troubleshooting’ chapter is pretty straightforward. If you still failed to progress after applying the suggestions, you’d probably need to go the way of private coaching.
