Hey folks, I’m post-novice (SS) intermediate looking for a good way to train without feeling like I’m grinding myself to dust every workout. Am a fan of the two Dr’s from the SS podcast days. Love the Youtube vids!

I’m not interested in online coaching or subscriptions — I’d just like to buy a book about intermediate programming & templates and put it next to my copies of Starting Strength, Practical Programming and Wendler 531. How does it work here? Do you have something readily consumable like that?

I have been using the Hypertrophy Template. It’s set up really well and I am impressed by the way the log is set up. I’d imagine the other templates are just as good.

There is The Bridge 1.0 e-book (it is an e-book, right?), which has a fair amount of information.
