Arm work question

Hi guys,
I couldn’t find this by searching but sorry if you have covered it elsewhere. Does it matter what exercise variations you do for the arm work? Do you have a preferred hierarchy of curl or tricep exercise variations? Should we do the same one every time for a whole block? Should we do a variety? Or (and this is my guess at the answer) does it not really matter very much, any option is good?

You are correct-doesn’t really matter. :slight_smile: The point is to do arm work consistently and with the volume outline in the template.
