Biceps and triceps.

Hello doccs,I am running LP right now but my arms(bicep/tricep) are really small in propotion of my chest, shoulders and back(also my forearm is a little bigger from my bicep :frowning: ).Shoudl i add some volume work or some heavy curls?

P.S.I want something that it doesnt take much time because training arms is really boring for me

You could add in 7 minutes of arm work where you do curls and tricep press downs supersetted in submaximal sets, i.e. never going to failure. Do 8-12 reps per set with minimal rest.

Start at 1x/wk and increase the frequency every other week until you’re at 3x/wk.

NIcee.Thank you doc

Jordan, would one MyoRep set for triceps and one MyoRep set for biceps per session 2x per week (on GPP days) or 3x per week (on weight training days) be another, hopefully prudent, way to introduce arm volume? I am currently doing the Bridge FWIW.

Many thanks,
T

Ditto. Good timing, thanks for the info.

I probably wouldn’t do myoreps unless you were severely limited on time.

That I am on the weight training days (especially high stress weeks) but not so much on the GPP days. However, if not advised probably best I don’t do myoreps for bis/tris unless absolutely necessary. Together with your Insta post today about arm training I think the goer is the 7 minute bis/tris routine on GPP days as suggested therein.

Thanks Jordan. Your advice is much appreciated!

Out of curiosity,Can you run this 7min protocol in every muscle that you want bigger?
