Arm Work While Doing the Bridge

Quick question,

How do I go about adding arm work into the bridge? I saw good results the first time through and am going to run it again. Thanks for your time!

You could do some curls and/or tricep work for 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps, performed 1-2 x per week either on GPP days, OR tack it onto the end of your training days if preferred.
