I just had a question about the Arm Work for the 7 week program. At Week 4, the frequency for the Arm Work goes up to 3 Days a week, but the cardio does not increase. With the Bridge, I always did the ab/upper body on the same day as Cardio (and planned to do the same with the GPP Hyp). Would this mean you would need to do some Arm Work after a lifting session? Or would it be it’s own indendent activity at the gym?

Yeah, you can totally do the arm work after a normal workout. The arms can even be done after each training day and not on GPP days if you want. Up to you really, just get in the work somehow!
