Hello Doctors,
I’ve been having lower back for months now, specially when I squat and deadlift (1-5 rep range). I tried therapy before but I haven’t had much success. Recently I’ve been diagnosed with lumbar scoliosis and I’m not sure if the back pain is related to it. Should I stop performing the lifts or reduce the load? Or is there anything different that you would do in this case?
