2)the step to bar, bend down, shins to bar, and chest out cues for deadlifting are things I’ve been using for a long time. However I have transitioned to, over time, what I think was helpful for me which was just lowing my hips slightly and feeling the hamstring area behind my knees ‘loaded’ before the pull. I plan on posting a video soon after some of my flooring for my platofrm is done, but with clients is this a cue that is generally acceptable or bad?
