I workout in a home gym, and my equipment is limited to: rack, barbell, bench dumbbells, pull-up bar, lat-pulldown (high attachments only) and some bands
Therefore I need recommendations for substitutes for the following exercises which recur a lot in the BBM templates for which I don’t have necessary equipment; preferably without overlap of exercise variations already included in respective programmes:
Safety Bar Squat
Belt Squat
Leg Press
Leg extension
Lever Rows
If you could provide suggestions for each of the above exercise variations using the equipmemt listed, that would be a massive help for this obstacle in my programming at the moment.
