Recommendations for exercise substitutions due to equipment limitations.

I workout in a home gym, and my equipment is limited to: rack, barbell, bench dumbbells, pull-up bar, lat-pulldown (high attachments only) and some bands

Therefore I need recommendations for substitutes for the following exercises which recur a lot in the BBM templates for which I don’t have necessary equipment; preferably without overlap of exercise variations already included in respective programmes:

Safety Bar Squat
Belt Squat
Leg Press
Leg extension
Lever Rows

If you could provide suggestions for each of the above exercise variations using the equipmemt listed, that would be a massive help for this obstacle in my programming at the moment.

Hey Matt,

The templates have a drop down menu where you can select movements you can do with your current equipment. I’d play around with those based on your preferences. To your questions:

Safety Bar Squat- front squat, HBBS, any paused variation, pin squats, etc.
Belt Squat- split squat, Bulgarian squat, goblet squat
Leg Press- front squat, HBBS, any paused variation, pin squats, split squat, Bulgarian squat, goblet squat, lunges
Leg extension- sissy squats, goblet squats, banded leg extensions, lunges
Lever Rows- these are done with a barbell and you can absolutely do them with your current equipment if you want​
