Been using the app with a plan for a couple of weeks.
I really like the simplicity of it. Better than pencil and paper, but not overly busy or complicated.
But I do find myself flipping back and forth into history to remind myself what weights I used for a lift in previous workouts. I often remember the vibe of that lift, e.g. did I overshoot / too hard on last set or was it too easy? But I rarely remember the exact weights I put down.
I see there’s an estimated 1 Rep Max based on the reps + RPE.
It’d be a great feature to copy pre-populate the current lifts values based on the eRPE from the last set. Then I could reflect on how I need to adjust RPE for this week (increase, decrease) and modify the weight based on that.
Question part is…am I missing a way to do something like that?
Hey! Actually if you press on the name of the lift (in your current workout tab) you get a popup window with the history for just that lift, very handy!
Yep, if you push the title of the exercise, it’ll show you all the past history on that lift. I missed this myself when I first started using the app lol.
Also I wanted to add to this thread (didn’t think it needed a whole new topic).
But BBM crew, does anyone know why the technique videos in the app aren’t working. When I go to deadlift in my workout- then info- you used to have a quick tutorial of Jordan doing that specific lift.
Now all those video have error codes and do not play at all.
This is happening to me, as well. There is an empty placeholder for the YouTube video now. When I click on the video to open it on YouTube, the video does not exist.
