Regarding the lower back rehab template, the app says “Rehab Movement #2” on the 3rd Hip Extension exercise. Is the app only supposed to have 2 hip extension exercises per session, or is it supposed to be 3 total his extension exercises, but the app just didn’t write “exercise #3”? Additionally, the downloadable workout template was different than the app, so I wasn’t 100% sure which one to follow. Please let me know, thank you.
The downloadable Excel sheet is the correct training template. That said, I’m not sure where the error is here exactly based on this description. If you can, please send us an email at support@barbellmedicine.com with a screenshot of the issue and we’ll get it handled.

I am trying to do the app one week trial so don’t have the PDF. And it’s also unclear to me what to do in this instance.
The RPE is different for both “Rehab Exercise #2” separated by the Squat. I think the question is simply whether we are supposed to do exercise X, squat, and exercise X again or a different hip extension exercise the third time?
