My issue is glute pain at the very top portion it. It hurts when I bend over and when I stand up from sofa/chair. I think these symptoms may correlate with lower back pain too, so I am not sure if I am supposed to buy hip rehab or low back rehab program. I looked at both and they both have exercises that will build tolerance on my affected area

Sorry to hear about the recent discomfort. Definitely a good questions here given your symptoms, but I think the low back pain template would be better-suited for your symptoms given the location and pain with bending over.

Thank you Jordan, but before you replied I had bought the hip template which has been going very well so far.
My question is that in the BBM app there are 2 GPP sessions in the first week but I see just 1 in the excel spreadsheet. I believe excel is the correct one but wanted to clarify anyway
Looks like the arm work got duplicated in the app, but I don’t mind the extra arm work
