Hi BBM,
On Phase 2 of the Beginner Template, I am working with home gym equipment and decided to do split squats. I’ve done them for the past two weeks now with a top set of 55lbs x 10 @ 9 (barbell, not dumbells). Although they weren’t as stessful as last week, they are still very fatiguing. I think I would much rather do a front squat, however this isn’t a selectable exercise in the selection menu. Should I continue with the dreaded split squats or can I switch over to front squats?
