Beginner Template Phase 2 Supplementle Squat Movement

Hi BBM,

On Phase 2 of the Beginner Template, I am working with home gym equipment and decided to do split squats. I’ve done them for the past two weeks now with a top set of 55lbs x 10 @ 9 (barbell, not dumbells). Although they weren’t as stessful as last week, they are still very fatiguing. I think I would much rather do a front squat, however this isn’t a selectable exercise in the selection menu. Should I continue with the dreaded split squats or can I switch over to front squats?

Fatigue is expected, and we would expect you to adapt over time. With that said, if you would prefer to front squat in that slot, that is fine too.
