Bench/OHP stuck for months

Hey BBM,
I am currently doing the powerbuilding 1 template and am at week 5.

My stats are:
176cm
75.3kg
32inch waist
Cutting

My e1rm maxes are
Bench 77kg (60kg 6@8)
Overheadpress 56kg (43.3kg 6@8)
Those are roughly the same numbers a few months back (Overheadpress increase by 2kg).

I am going to restart the powerbuilding template and i think i should change something up with benching amd overheadpressing.

What do you think i should do?

I don’t think I would do anything just yet. You’re about to get into some singles and higher intensity work and I’d like to see how your lifts respond to more specific work.
