Hi!
I’m starting the Powerlifting II Template next week, which is a 13-week template. I also have the meet I’m prepping for, roughly13 weeks from the day I’m planning on starting the template.
What would be the best approach to follow the template and prepare for the meet at the same time? I’ve seen the 3-week peaking template you guys have, and wonder how do I fit it into the 13 weeks I have before the meet, combined with the Powerlifting II template.
