best template for amatuer (thai) boxer?

Howdy,

Three questions actually, where the old hypertrophy template fit in the new structure?the new two hypertrophy templates could be executed in a comercial gym(no deadlift allowed, isnt for me, my current gym is a crossfit one).

Third and last questions, what path you guys suggest for an amatuer thai boxer(kicks and punches), the primary focus is to be jacked, since strength is subjective, how can I use templates to be jacked and gain strength to help in the ring?

The Legacy GPP Hypertrophy template is most closely aligned with the Powerbuilding Template.

Yes, both Hypertrophy templates could be done in a commercial gym sans deadlift.

For an athlete like yourself, I would probably recommend either the General S/C template or Titan Template if you’re keen to do some CF style conditioning.
