Three questions actually, where the old hypertrophy template fit in the new structure?the new two hypertrophy templates could be executed in a comercial gym(no deadlift allowed, isnt for me, my current gym is a crossfit one).
Third and last questions, what path you guys suggest for an amatuer thai boxer(kicks and punches), the primary focus is to be jacked, since strength is subjective, how can I use templates to be jacked and gain strength to help in the ring?
