Best Template for delt improvement

Just finished PPL - PB and it was excellent. BBM PB programs seem to work really well for me. My delts suck and I was hoping for a program recommendation for improving size and strength in them. Perhaps even suggestions to modify one of the PB programs to be overhead pressing focused rather than bench. Appreciate the assistance.

I think running the bodybuilding 2 template (3-day version first), choosing incline bench and overhead pressing variants for your pressing exercises, along with lateral raises and bent over flyes for the upper body isolation exercises would be my go-to strategy here.

Haven’t finished BB2 yet, but wanted to compliment your recommendation as I am seeing solid delt growth :+1:t2: I all of the sudden noticed it one day and it was a pleasant surprise haha.

I also have to say I am doing back squats consistently for the first time in many years and I think the bracing of the shoulder region is also contributing to the growth.

I’m 6’4 and “all limbs” so I know my shoulder progress may be slower than a short stubby person , but so far so good!
