I have been doing kind of a “bro split” for the past two years and have never really had a proper training plan. I am 18, 5’10, weigh 160 lbs @ 13.8% bf, and my lifts are: deadlift - 245 lbs x 8, squat - 225 lbs x 8, bench - 185 lbs x 8, press - 100 lbs x 8. I am planning on going on a lean bulk of about 1.5 years.
My question is: what training program / programs should I do in order to build as much muscle and strength during this bulk?
I admittedly don’t know BBM’s programs that well compared to some posters on here, but the whole concept of “powerbuilding” which is a hybrid of powerlifting (strength) and bodybuilding (hypertrophy) seems to pretty much match your goals. Some I’d look to one of the powerbuilding templattes.
I have really enjoyed cycling the Legacy GPP/Hypertrophy 4day template with the Legacy 12 week strength template. I will be running the new Hypertrophy II template after this strength block.
You may benefit from running The Bridge first, especially if you are not used to BBM style programming.

I’m currently running the HLM template (week 7) and have to say it seems to be delivering the goods. If you choose to pay for one, you couldn’t go wrong with it.
