Blenders and fiber

Hello,

I’ve recently got into the habit of making myself a smoothie as apart of my breakfast. My question is does blending change how the fiber acts in the body? Ie, if my goal is 30 grams of fiber various sources does the fiber present in the fruit and veg in the smoothie still ‘count’ ?

  • 1 cup, Organic Triple Berry Blend

  • 1 cup, organic baby spinach

  • 1 cup, Unsweet Almondmilk

  • 2 scoop, Protein Powder Drink Mix, 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein, Chocolate

Fiber remains during blending for the most part, whereas it’s mostly removed with jucing.
