Used to be fairly overweight in highschool (~230lbs, 5’8), lost around 65 lbs using a paleo diet and was skinny with excess skin. I thought after a few years (graduated in 2013), some of the skin would tighten up but hasn’t. I just finished a cut from Dr.Israetel’s program and dropped to around 18.75% BF using the navy method, but still have a decent amount of stretched skin around my stomach and low back. Reading through the forum I was considering starting recomposition using the macros from “To Be A Beast”, I also just finished my first week of the bridge. Is this the right choice?
I was trying to say is it possible to be mixing up excess skin w/ bodyfat (when doing measurements), and therefore choose the wrong nutrition goal. Sorry if it that doesnt make sense, its a little tricky wording it out online.
