Box step number of reps

Hi Team,

I’ve started Week 6 of 2nd Gen, Powerbuilding 1. Box step-ups are programmed for the first time, with the 2 sets 6-10 @ 7 and 6-10 @ 9. Should I aim to that many reps in total, or per leg?

We typically write rep prescriptions “per leg”, so would recommend doing between 12-20 total reps (between both legs) here.
