PB 1 Gen 2 programming question

Hi,

in PB1 Gen 2, week 2, the GPP biceps and triceps prescription is:

10-15 reps @ RPE 8. Repeat weight for 3 sets of 10-15

My question is whether this means 3 or 4 sets total? In week 1, total sets is only 2, so 4 sets is quite a jump…

I read it as 4 total sets. That’s how I’ve been doing it anyway :slight_smile:
