My last week of the Bridge 1.0 happens to be meet week of my first powerlifting meet which is on a Saturday. I am currently following the program as directed on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I am wondering if I should change the days on meet week to Sunday, tuesday, thursday of some scheme like that so I can have a couple days off before the meet. Thanks
That’s one option. How far off is your meet? Are you a relatively new lifter?
Meet is on January 26th is about 6 and a half weeks. I’ve been doing bodybuilding style training for a few years now but I’m brand new to strength training.
