Bridge 1.0 or 2.0?

On my last session of GPP Hyper today - is the Bridge 2.0 a refinement of the 1.0 template, or is it a follow on?

So, would you do 2.0 instead of 1.0 if you have purchased the 2.0 template?

I believe The Bridge 2 is a follow on from The Bridge. As such, if you have done the first one, then Bridge 2.0 follows suit. If you have not done The Bridge, do that first, I would think. Bear in mind that some repeat The Bridge if they saw good results.

Then again, I don’ t know if you had done the first from your post as you don’t say.

The Bridge 1.0 was created with the specific intention of providing a “bridge” between the SSLP and BBM style of programming. You definitely could run 1.0 (though I would likely do GPP 2x per week the full way through since you’re already adapted to BBM programming), but 2.0 is programmed in a way to be a bit more of a general post novice program to be run whenever, with less specificity placed on transitioning the trainee from novice to BBM programming. So in your case I believe 2.0 would be a bit more optimal, but 1.0 should still work fine.
