The Bridge 1.0/2.0 Differences

Sorry if this has been answered but I can’t find any discussions about it. Specifically, I’m wondering why the two variations of The Bridge 1.0/2.0? I obviously know you can’t side by side compare them here, but is the intended population or goals different? All things being equal, and money not a concern, is it better to grab 2.0? Thanks

The volume, loading recommendations (both in absolute magnitude and style- i.e. both RPE and %'s used), and exercise selection are different.

If thats the case, who should do 1.0 and who should do 2.0, if cost isn’t an obstacle?

Also, I understand 2.0 has a spreadsheet you can use on your phone if you have google sheets rather than just being a PDF.
