Does Bridge 2.0 generate more training stress than 1.0?

It’s nuanced. 2.0 has more volume, but a lower average intensity. 2.0 also uses some different variations. 1.0 really is designed to be run immediately following SS and that’s really about it. The Bridge 2.0 definitely has a longer shelf life, especially since it is easier to modify to add more volume.
