Squat 1RM: 400 → 440
Deadlift 1RM: 395 → 450
Bench 1RM: 235 → 255
Press 1RM: 185 → 200
Body weight went from 205 to 210 and somehow I think I’m miraculously leaner? You guys are wizards and I’m salty I spent two years going nowhere on 5/3/1. Purchased 3.0 to run next.
