I’m on week two of the Bridge 2.0, really enjoying the program so far.
I was just curious about Pendlay rows as a supplemental bench exercise (S-B2). To my inexperienced lifters mind, I would have thought a supplemental bench exercise would be a pushing movement of some kind (close-grip bench etc.), rather than a row.
Could you explain how the Pendlay row helps the bench press?
