Pendlay rows

Hello,

How much leg drive is there supposed to be in Pendlay rows? Or is it supposed to be a strictly upper back movement?

Thanks.

Thanks for the response. I do have a followup questions if you don’t mind. The Pendlay row in the resources section of Bridge 3.0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hDxEomiZHw&feature=youtu.be) doesn’t seem as strict (more torso movement) as the video you linked to. Is one version more correct than the other for the purposes of running Bridge 3.0?

Thanks.

My understanding is that either is fine, if you are consistent with it throughout the program length and gauge the RPE accordingly.
