Can you be strong enough?

Myself and some others that I have gotten started on the SSLP have trended towards a similar result. The benefits from getting stronger are readily apparent. As we near the completion of what is realistic from the linear progression we find the drive necessary to get under the bar and break through a wall very taxing. You have to set your whole life schedule around achieving a new level which takes significant time and dedication. Yes, there are benefits to this but having the drive and time to do such is challenging.

If one is to achieve a certain amount of strength and then just want to maintain this is there a preferred method or program which would be recommended?
