Hey guys! Recently, I tried to incorporate LISS 5 times a week for 40 minutes each. The problem is that I ran into a discomfort. Most of the time, after I do my cardio, I feel the urge to have a bowel movement, and most of the time it’s diarrhea. Would it be reasonable to cut it back down to just cut it down maybe to 15-20 minutes and build back up to 40 minutes during a period of time?
I suppose it’s worth a try, to see whether there’s any relationship.
