Hello, I’m 26 years old male. I have been strength training for the last year, but since I had schuermanns’ disease, I was experiencing difficulties in some movement forms, I still live sometimes so I end up with a back hernia i worked about it ive fixed it I managed to fix my forms and in last two months i reach 95 kg squat 110 kg, my posture improved, felt great etc. until I start to feel a deep pain on the left side of my chest after my squat sets during the last two training sessions. It starts right after squat sets and sometimes other heavy sets, lasts for 3-5 minutes and disappears by itself, it is not something like a muscle pain and not to severe but scary enough to send me back home in my last workout. Since my father was a doctor, I had the opportunity to have my blood pressure checked at home and listen to my rhythm, but he told me it was normal. I will have my condition checked by a cardiologyst for sure, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has any ideas. Thank you

thanks a lot for turning back by the way for people who is interested or have something similar it turns out that my condition here was bec. of intense training in a cold environment and it could be dangerous they said.
