Perhaps this has been explained before, but I just wanted to clarify the sets x rep scheme layout in your templates. For example, if it says “2 count Paused Squat x 4 @ 7, 4 @ 8, 4 @ 9 x 3-4 sets”, does this mean 1) do 1 set of 4@7 and 4 @ 8 then do 3-4 sets of 4@9, or 2) 3-4 sets of 4 @ 7, 4 @ 8, 4 @ 9 – ie the set count refer to the entire rep/RPE scheme?
