BLUF: is it normal to see some fluctuations in strength levels during the endurance template?
I’m currently on week 4 and utilizing the Endurance Template. My deadlift and other lifts have continued to increase steadily, last week’s 1@8 for deadlift was 480@8.5 and week before that was 475x1@8. I’ve been using airdyne sprints for the sprinting portion and today when I went to deadlift, I pulled 455x1 for a warm up and that was an rpe 8, so I begrudgingly used the calculator and scaled my work weights accordingly. I’m sure this could be due to a myriad of factors, but I guess what I really want to know is how I should proceed next week. Do I adjust next week off 455x1@8 or just warm up and see if I’m back to where I was before? Thanks for the help and the templates!
