I have a question for you docs! I’ve done three templates now even including hypertrophy and it seems lacking in terms of arm and shoulder work…obviously you guys know what you’re doing but is that all you guys personally do is 2 days a week 3 sets of bi and tri and no lateral or rear delt work??? Because you would appear to be quite define. Thank you.
I can’t speak for Austin, but I don’t train my arms directly every week, though I get a lot of work done via benching, pressing, rows, and chin ups. That said, most people would be better-served by doing direct arm work, as shown in our hypertrophy templates, if they want big arms. There’s also shoulder isolation work in there, so I’m not sure what you mean.
