Hello dear BBM team,
I have noticed that in the Low Fatigue Template there is a difference between the 3 and 4 day variant in the first block length.
In the 3 day variant, the first block is 7 weeks long, whereby the 7th week is the pivot week, with the exercises from block 1.
In the 4 day variant the first block is 6 weeks long, then the new exercise selection takes place, before the new block starts with week 7, which is also then the pivot week, but with the new exercises for block 2.
Is this intentional, or is there an error in the sheets?
