Right on the talus bone. It hurt. Pretty immediate swelling and redness. Seem to have full rom and can walk ok though. Don’t think anything is broken.
Any suggestions to mitigate pain or deal with the issue?

It’s likely going to hurt for a few days. If you can walk on it and have full range of motion it is likely you will be fine if you just stay moving.

I’m pretty familiar with BBM overall philosophies on pain and injury (I’m probably going to squat today assuming pain is manageable) but I came across some literature talking about the need for rest with potentially broken foots as it could lead to “displacement”. Any validity to this?
