Elbow frustration - Cannot strict press without ''snapping triceps syndrome''

For a while now, on my right inner elbow, the medial tendon has rolled over the joint every rep at extension on overhead press. It doesn’t occur on bench, thankfully. It doesn’t cause pain, but if I was to overhead press, the snapping over the bone would probably cause inflammation. It is quite a violent snapping sensation (it is not merely the joint ‘popping’). It seems to be relatively common based on discussions I have seen on various forums. It has colloquially termed ‘‘snapping triceps syndrome’’. I really wish I could press like a normal person, but I can’t, and i’m not looking for an excuse to not press. What am I gonna do, not press?

I’ve asked questions about this before and have had answers, but after more experimentation I have discovered that I can press in following ways without it happening:

  1. Wide grip (hands slightly outside of elbows, not aligned)
  2. High incline bench press
  3. Strict press with very tight elbow sleeves, however this stops working every time the sleeves loosen up, and then it just keeps happening again
  4. Standing pin press from under my chin, using a narrower grip than I can with option 1
  5. Klokov press from a deadstop on the traps without it occuring

Aside from option 3 (for reasons of practicality), which would be the most viable option to replace the strict press? I am thinking option 4 (pin press from under chin).

I would probably do both #1 and #4
