Hi docs,
I am finishing week 9 of powerlifting 2 today. Are weeks 10,11,12,13 just for peaking? If i do not plan on doing a meet anytime soon would i be missing out on a lot of strength gainz by skipping those weeks or are those weeks mostly just for realizing the strength i have gained from the past weeks? I plan on doing powerbuilding 2 next.
