Endurance I Programming Split Squat Reps

Hello BBM,

Just getting started on the Endurance I template and looking forward to the program. On Day 1, Week 3, the program calls for a split squat with instruction for “10 reps”. Does this mean 10 reps each side? Or 10 total reps with 5 on each leg? My wishful thinking is for 5 on each side. I know I’ll be completely gassed with 10 on each leg, but I’ll make my peace with whatever is actually suggested. Thanks in advance for the help!

Ten reps on each side. Adjust load as necessary to hit the RPE goal.
