Just getting started on the Endurance I template and looking forward to the program. On Day 1, Week 3, the program calls for a split squat with instruction for “10 reps”. Does this mean 10 reps each side? Or 10 total reps with 5 on each leg? This probably applies more generally to unilateral exercises across templates, so want to make sure I get it right.
