Hi, I can’t seem to find another post regarding the same topic. But my question is, is it fine to perform the 3 exercises in each lifting day in a different order than it was initially laid out? I try my best to keep the exercise order according to the template however for one day I decided to switch exercise 2 and 3 around due to time restrictions.

Hi David, We generally prefer the order listed, particularly movement 1, but if switching 2 and 3 allows you to get your training done, then go for it. It’s a reasonable comprise to make given a time restriction. If you have the option to super-set movement 2 and 3, that can often help as well.
I see. Thank you. I realised I forgot to mention that I switched the order around because of the equipment for those exercises are occupied. And hence switching the order would allow me to continue training instead of having to wait for movement 2 before doing movement 3.
